This unique program is designed to celebrate and elevate the work of up-and-coming artists in the Toronto area, providing an invaluable opportunity to exhibit your creations in a professional setting.
What is Weeks of Vengeance?
Weeks of Vengeance is an innovative platform dedicated to championing emerging local artists. Over the course of three months, artists have the chance to exhibit their work for a week at a time, culminating in a total of six months of exhibitions throughout the year. Each week, selected artists are given a professional space to display their art, engage with the community, and potentially sell their pieces at affordable prices.

How to Apply
The application process is straightforward and designed to be accessible. Here’s what you need to do:
- Prepare Your Portfolio: Gather images of your best work, along with descriptions and any relevant details about your artistic process.
- Fill Out the Application Form: Provide information about yourself, your artistic background, and why you want to participate in Weeks of Vengeance.
- Submit Your Application: Once your application is complete, submit it through our online portal. Make sure to double-check all information before submission.
Important Details
- Curator: Each month, a curator will review the program, selecting weekly participating artists, designing the gallery layout, and mentoring the artists throughout the process.
- Group Exhibitions: All shows will feature at least two artists. Solo shows are no longer part of the program, fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Exhibition Preparation: Artists are responsible for delivering and installing their own work, with support from the gallery for logistical concerns.
- Affordable Pricing: All displayed work must be for sale at prices capped at $1000, ensuring accessibility for buyers and strategic pricing for artists.
- Event Details: Opening receptions take place on Thursday nights from 7pm to 11:30pm. Each event will be ticketed at $5 per guest, making art accessible to a wider audience.
